Due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-sectional area and the decrease in flow velocity, some of the coarse and high-density dust particles in the airflow will settle in the ash hopper under the action of gravity; After entering the bag filter chamber, dust particles with fine particle size and low density deposit on the surface of the filter bag due to the combined effects of inertial collision and sieving. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the exhaust pipe and fan.

The resistance value of the bag filter increases with the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag. When its resistance value reaches a certain specified value, reverse blowing and dust cleaning must be carried out. At this time, the pulse controller controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag passes through the small hole on the spray pipe of the pulse valve and sprays a high-speed and high-pressure injection airflow into the Venturi tube, forming an induced airflow equivalent to several times the volume of the injection airflow, which enters the filter bag together, causing instantaneous positive pressure and rapid expansion inside the filter bag; Make the dust deposited on the outside of the filter bag fall off and fall into the ash hopper, and be discharged from the dust collector through the unloading system.
