Biomass boiler dust collector
Biomass boiler dust collector is a type of dust removal equipment for biomass boilers. Biomass used as boiler fuel includes biomass particles pressed from straw, chopped wood, sawdust, furniture factory corner materials, etc.
There are significant differences between biomass boilers and traditional coal-fired boilers. There are two exhaust methods for biomass boilers, one is direct exhaust. Due to the relatively light weight of biomass fuel, the boiler flue gas will be sucked into the bag filter by the induced draft fan, causing the biomass particles that have not been fully burned to catch fire. Our company has developed a biomass boiler flame arrester through multiple experiments to address the issue of burning cloth bags in biomass boilers. The flame arrester uses the principles of collision and interception to intercept biomass particles that have not been fully burned from entering the biomass boiler bag filter. Another type is a three pass boiler, which requires secondary combustion of the flue gas, and the discharged flue gas will not contain unburned biomass particles. The flue gas can directly enter the bag filter for treatment. The exhaust gas from biomass boilers does not contain sulfur dioxide, so there is no need to install a desulfurization tower for biomass boilers.
Working principle of biomass boiler dust removal equipment
The boiler flue gas enters the biomass boiler dust collector through the inlet, and larger particles of dust directly fall into the ash hopper. The gas containing particulate dust passes through the bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the bag. The gas is purified and discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. As the filtration process continues, the amount of dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag increases, and the operating resistance of the boiler bag dust collector increases. The conversion valve of a certain filtration unit closes, and the filtration unit stops working. Compressed air is blown back into the filtration unit to blow off the dust on the outer surface of the bag. Then, the conversion valve plate opens, and the filtration unit resumes operation, and the dust cleaning shifts to the next filtration unit. The entire dust cleaning process is carried out alternately by each filtering unit.
Corrosion resistant and hydrolysis resistant dust removal equipment, the filter bag adopts boiler dust removal filter bag (Fumes dust removal filter bag), with a temperature resistance between 170-250 degrees. The disadvantage of this filter bag is that the filtering wind speed cannot exceed 1.0, it is not resistant to wear and tear, and is afraid of folding. Its advantage is good temperature resistance. Not afraid of high temperature or acidity or alkalinity, suitable for dust removal in biomass boilers.
