Purification principle of combined filter cartridge dust collector:

The dusty airflow enters the dust collector through the side inlet or top inlet, and the dust is intercepted and collected by the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The purified airflow flows out from the center of the filter cartridge and is discharged to achieve the purification purpose. To clean the filter cartridge, compressed air (0.6-0.7Mpa) is used to generate a strong airflow, which is released through an electromagnetic valve to the center of the filter cartridge. Like a vibration wave, the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cartridge is oscillated and sprayed down and falls into the ash hopper below. To ensure the normal and continuous operation of the filter cartridge dust removal, the PLC control system performs reverse blowing according to the set program.
