Woodworking cyclone dust collector
The woodworking cyclone dust collector has the characteristics of high separation efficiency, low resistance, novel structure, small external dimensions, large processing air volume, light weight, and high separation efficiency for dusty airflow containing mixed crushed materials such as wooden blocks
The other small portion of gas flowing into the woodworking cyclone dust collector from the inlet pipe flows towards the top cover of the dust collector, and then flows downwards along the outside of the exhaust pipe. When reaching the lower end of the exhaust pipe, it turns in the opposite direction and is discharged from the exhaust pipe along with the rising internal swirling airflow. The dust particles dispersed in this part of the airflow are also carried away.
The woodworking dust collector has a simple and compact structure, low steel consumption, and higher capture capacity compared to lighter fibrous dust such as sawdust, shavings, asbestos powder, tobacco, etc.
In order to meet increasingly strict requirements for labor protection, environmental protection, and product processing accuracy, woodworking manufacturing enterprises must effectively treat the dust generated during the production process. The large amount of fine dust and sawdust generated in the production process of woodworking manufacturing not only adheres to equipment and workpiece surfaces, affecting processing quality, causing workpiece scrap or frequent equipment failures, but also pollutes the working environment, leading to silicosis. Therefore, the workshop must carry out effective ventilation and air exchange, promptly remove the generated dust, and purify the dusty air to maintain the cleanliness of equipment and workpiece surfaces.
The woodworking cyclone dust collector is mainly composed of an ash hopper, a filter chamber, a clean air chamber, a bracket, a lifting valve, and a blowing and cleaning device. During work, dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air duct. Large particles of dust directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, while smaller dust enters the filtering chamber upwards with the turning of the airflow and is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified flue gas enters the bag and flows through the bag mouth and the clean air chamber into the exhaust outlet, where it is discharged.
