The dust removal cylinder is a supporting product of the offline valve of the offline dust removal equipment, and is also used in the ventilation disc valve of the dust collector pipeline vent. Dust collector cylinders are generally divided into four types: front flange, rear single ear, rear double ear, and extension rod. The four types of cylinders can also be cross matched.

Structural characteristics of dust removal cylinder:

1. The die-casting process used for the cylinder end cover.

2. The cylinder barrel is made of aluminum alloy precision drawn tube, and the inner surface is treated with hard anodizing.

3. The surface of the piston rod of the cylinder is pre rolled and hardened, electroplated with hard chromium and finely ground, with good rust prevention and other characteristics.

4. The sealing structure is of good quality and can work normally without oil supply. The cylinder has low starting pressure and long service life.

5. Both the front and rear end caps of the cylinder are equipped with spare ventilation screw ports, making it easy for users to choose the installation direction.
