Electric suspended basket

The full name of the electric hanging basket is called the electric high-altitude work hanging basket. It is made using advanced technology both domestically and internationally, with a reasonable structure. Compared with other suspended baskets, it has the characteristics of easy lifting, simple operation, safety and reliability, multiple specifications, low investment, and high efficiency.

The hanging basket machine consists of a suspension mechanism, a suspension platform, a hoist, a safety lock, a working wire rope, a safety wire rope, an electrical box, and an electrical control system. For the convenience of transportation and handling, the hanging basket is disassembled into components or groups during factory transportation, and assembled into a complete machine after arriving at the construction site.

The hoist has an automatic rope feeding function, and the operator only needs to insert the working steel rope into the rope inlet of the hoist. (See Figures 3 and 4)

The electromagnetic braking device of the hoist motor can automatically engage in case of power failure or power interruption, generate braking torque, and stop and support the suspended platform. In case of power failure or power outage, rotate (insert) the lever of the manual sliding device (placed inside the hoist handle) into the lever of the electromagnetic brake (inside the motor hood), open the brake, and the suspended platform can slide down at a constant speed.

The hoist adopts gear oil lubrication, and it is recommended to use 80W/90 ordinary vehicle gear oil. The oil volume of the LTD80 hoist is 1.2 liters, and the oil volume of the LTD80A, LTD63, and LTD50 hoists is 2 liters. When used in the southern region during summer, N460 medium load industrial gear oil should be used. Lubricating oil should be replaced every 6-12 months according to usage.
