Electromagnetic pulse valve
Pulse signals are input to the coil inside the solenoid valve through wires, and the pulse valve is controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection controller. By relying on the pressure changes in the front and rear chambers of the valve, the rubber diaphragm is bent and deformed to achieve the opening and closing of the pulse valve. The diameter of the rubber diaphragm determines the stroke size and opening and closing speed of the rubber diaphragm. The larger the diameter of the diaphragm, the greater the stroke and the better the blowing performance.
By inputting a positive pulse signal into the coil inside the solenoid valve through a wire, the working magnetic flux generated by the coil attracts the moving core and opens the valve. When the positive pulse signal input is stopped, the moving core is released and returns to its initial state under the action of spring force. When the valve is closed, there is also a self holding type that can be maintained even when the positive pulse signal input is stopped or the power is cut off. A negative pulse signal needs to be input to reset; The working principle of a pulse solenoid valve is to convert electrical pulses into mechanical pulsations, converting the powerful energy of pulsating gas into momentum and releasing it in a short period of time to generate a huge impact. The interval between pulses controlled by PLC should be determined based on the rated gas pressure recovery time l.
Generally installed in the main oil circuit or shock absorber back pressure oil circuit, it reduces oil pressure at the moment of automatic upshift and downshift of the transmission or at the beginning of the lock up and unlock action of the lock up clutch, in order to reduce the impact of shifting and lock up unlocking, and make the vehicle run more balanced.
