working principle

A straight through electromagnetic pulse valve is composed of an electromagnetic pilot valve and a main valve. When powered on, the iron core is attracted by electromagnetic force, opening the pilot valve port and causing the pressure of the medium in the upper chamber of the diaphragm to decrease. At this time, the pressure at the inlet end of the valve decreases. Due to the increased pressure at the inlet end of the valve, the diaphragm is pushed open to allow the medium to enter the outlet end of the valve in an open state. When the power is cut off, the iron core is reset by gravity and spring, closing the pilot valve port and causing the pressure in the upper chamber of the diaphragm to rise.
