The product principle of industrial water suction vacuum cleaner is relatively simple. It drives the fan to run at high speed through the motor, evacuates the air in the bucket, generates negative pressure, and creates a strong negative pressure at the suction port. This creates negative pressure, which brings garbage and dust into the bucket. Then, through the filtering system in the bucket, the garbage is left behind and only clean air is discharged. This is the principle of a simple vacuum cleaner.

Although its principle is simple, its construction is not at all simple. Reasonable design of each part can reduce air pressure leakage, achieve more ideal negative pressure, and ensure the suction effect.

The bracket and barrel of industrial vacuum cleaners are mostly made of metal structure instead of plastic. Although this greatly increases the cost, it can achieve better impact resistance and better adapt to the harsh production environment of factories.
