Material elevator is a fixed mechanical conveying equipment, mainly suitable for continuous vertical lifting of powdery, granular and small materials. It can be widely used in various scales of feed mills, flour mills, rice mills, oil mills, starch mills, as well as grain depots, port terminals, etc. for lifting loose materials.

Safe installation

(1) The winch operator should be a dedicated person with a certificate, familiar with the technical performance of the equipment, proficient in the operation procedures of the winch, and wear protective equipment during operation.

(2) Before driving, the operator must check the frame structure, power lines, equipment grounding, ropes, ground anchors, parking devices, protective doors, etc. to ensure they meet the requirements before driving.

(3) Overloading operation of material elevators is strictly prohibited.

(4) After the lifting cage is lifted, no one is allowed to stand under the cage or ride on the cage up and down. After loading, the loading personnel should stay away from the material elevator, and other personnel are not allowed to probe from the vertical shaft.

(5) When unloading, the operator must wait for the cage to come to a complete stop before opening the protective door to unload the cage. After unloading, the operator must close the protective door before the hoist operator can lower the hoist cage.

(6) The lifting of the cage has a unified command signal, which is provided by the construction site and communicated to the operators (operator, commander, and operator). If the signal is unclear, the operator may refuse the operation.
