The chain type material elevator has moving parts wound around the upper driving sprocket and the lower reversing sprocket. Under the action of the driving device, the driving sprocket drives the traction component and hopper to make a rotary circular motion. The material is fed into each hopper from the lower feeding port. When the material is lifted to the upper sprocket, it is discharged from the discharge port under the action of gravity and centrifugal force.

1. The NE hoist consists of operating components, hoist head, hoist base, and housing.

2. The operating components consist of a hopper and a sleeve roller chain. NE15 and NE30 use single row chains, while NE50-NE800 use double row chains.

3. The hoist head consists of an upper housing, a drive sprocket, a drive device, a discharge device, and a check valve. The driving device consists of a motor, reducer, coupling, transmission chain, etc. The drive platform is equipped with maintenance racks and railings. The driving device is divided into two types: left mounted and right mounted. Left side installation: Facing the feeding port, the driving device is arranged on the left side of the casing. Right side installation: Facing the feeding port, the driving device is arranged on the right side of the casing.

4. The hoist base consists of a lower part of the housing, a tensioning device, a directional sprocket, and a feeding port. Tensioning devices are divided into spiral, spring, and heavy hammer types. The tensioning device is installed on the bearing of the sprocket, with a stroke of generally 0.2-0.5m.
