Focus on controlling the installation position of the hanging basket, the assembly of the structure, the safety limit, the flexibility and integrity of the electrical device, and the absence of obstacles during the up and down operation of the hanging basket. Acceptance must be 90%; When the quantity is large, it can be inspected in stages and documented in written procedures. Unaccepted material elevators are prohibited from use. Any issues identified during the acceptance process must be rectified within a specified time frame, and only after confirming that there are no problems, can it be put into use.

Provide education and training to operators

Firstly, select the operators and provide them with relevant education, training, examination, and certification. The focus of education and training is on how to correctly operate and use material hoists, as well as how to respond and handle potential emergencies, in order to enhance the safety awareness of operators. It must also be emphasized that operators are prohibited from riding on the material hoist to work up and down, in order to avoid causing harm to others. The project technical leader of the construction unit shall provide necessary safety technical briefing to the operators.

Control daily management effectively

The operator checks the mechanical and electrical systems of the material hoist before going to work every day, checking whether the steel wire rope and safety limit are intact; It is strictly prohibited to work under the influence of alcohol. Only after confirming that there are no errors can one work on the machine. There must be a dedicated person to patrol and inspect the homework. When encountering wind of level 5 or above, the work must be stopped, and the lifting cage must be placed on the ground for sealing. Except for inspection and maintenance personnel, no one is allowed to enter. When multiple types of work intersect, a dedicated person should be assigned to take care of them.

Dismantling and dismantling of material elevator
