Working principle of metallurgical dust collector:

After preliminary separation (coarse and clean), the coal gas from the metallurgical dust collector enters the dust collector box through the lower air inlet of the box. Larger dust particles naturally fall into the ash hopper by their own weight, while smaller and smaller particles disperse in the gaps between the filter bags in the filtration chamber, thus being trapped on the surface of the filter bags. The filtered clean coal gas is sent to users through the pipeline network. As the filtration process progresses, the dust filter attaches more to the surface of the bag, and the resistance of the filter bag gradually increases. When the resistance value of the filter bag reaches the upper limit, the system can automatically open the net gas blowback valve to send the net gas into the static pressure box for blowback of the filter bag, causing the filter bag to change from a deflated state to an expanded state. The dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper at the bottom of the box, and the dust in the ash hopper is discharged through the ash discharge valve. When the resistance value of the filter bag reaches the lower limit, the control system automatically closes the clean gas blowback valve, stops blowback and dust cleaning, and the dust collector is put back into purification and filtration operation.
