Metallurgical dust collector
The main pollutants in the production process of metallurgical dust collectors are smoke, dust, and SO2. The main components of dust are iron oxide, carbon, calcium oxide, and a small amount of silicon dioxide, which come from the processes of raw material transportation, feeding, screening, iron removal, slag removal, etc. The casting waste gas with a large emission is the fuel combustion waste gas. The main sources of smelting waste gas pollution include the flue gas from the raw fuel supply system (including the ore and coke tank), the flue gas from the blast furnace top feeding system, the flue gas from the blast furnace iron tapping site, the flue gas from the blast furnace hot blast stove, the uniformly released gas from the furnace top, the desilication smoke and dust in front of the furnace, and the steam from slag flushing.
The process flow of metallurgical dust collector is:
The blast furnace gas generated during the production process of the blast furnace passes through the gravity dust collector along the downcomer, and the temperature adjusted blast furnace raw gas enters the dry bag dust removal box through the inlet located on the lower side of the dust removal box (in order to meet the gas temperature requirements of the dry process, a heat exchanger is installed before the raw gas enters the dry box to cool the gas above the process temperature and then enter the dust removal box to fully ensure the safe and stable operation of the dust removal bag). Inside the dust removal box, the dust enters the bag through the outer wall of the dust removal bag suspended inside the box (filtered), and the dust is blocked on the outer wall of the bag. The clean gas after bag dust removal flows out through the outlet of the box located on the upper part of the dust removal box, converges through the outlet of the dust removal box, enters the clean gas pipeline, and then passes through the pressure reducing valve (or TRT generator set) After reducing pressure and spraying water to cool down, it will be integrated into the gas pipeline network.
