1、 Pulse bag dust collector for dust treatment in metallurgical industry

Due to the presence of industrial dust, toxic gases, acid and alkali, and oil mist in the exhaust gas generated in the metallurgical industry, it is more suitable to use bag filters based on the characteristics of their smoke and dust.

2、 Working principle of pulse bag dust collector for dust treatment in metallurgical industry

The dusty gas enters through the air inlet, and under the action of the baffle, the airflow flows upward. Large particles of dust are separated by inertia and gravity and fall into the ash hopper. The dusty gas enters the filtering area of the box, and some of the dust is adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag, while others are filtered by the dust removal bag and discharged from the rear outlet of the dust collector. As the filtering time prolongs, the dust layer on the bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust. During dust cleaning, the pulse control device or PLC controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag sprays a high-pressure jet into the bag through the small hole on the spray pipe, forming an induced airflow equivalent to several times the volume of the jet and entering the bag together. The bag instantly expands, causing the dust attached to the surface of the bag to fall into the ash hopper, thus achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.

3、 Advantages of Pulse Bag Dust Collector for Dust Treatment in Metallurgical Industry:

1. High dust removal efficiency, the dust concentration in the gas at the outlet of the dust collector is within tens of mg/m3, and it has a high classification efficiency for fine dust with sub micron particle size;

2. The range of air volume processing is wide, ranging from only a few cubic meters per minute to tens of thousands of cubic meters per minute. It can be used for dust removal of flue gas in industrial furnaces and kilns, reducing the emission of atmospheric pollutants;

3. Simple structure, easy maintenance and operation;

4. On the premise of ensuring the same high dust removal efficiency, the cost of the electrostatic precipitator is reduced;

5. When using high-temperature resistant filter media such as glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84, etc., it can operate under high temperature conditions above 200 ℃;

6. Not sensitive to the characteristics of dust and not affected by dust and resistance.
