Working principle of electric light oil catcher:
Adopting electrostatic purification method, mainly using discharge electrode and precipitation electrode to collect tar dust. When the equipment is running, high voltage DC is placed between the two poles to generate cations and anions in the space, causing charged particles to act on the charged particles and causing tar particles to adsorb onto the surface of the electrostatic field tar particles, making the tar particles charged. Under the action of an electric field, charged tar particles move towards the polarity counter electrode and then deposit on the electrode surface, achieving dust collection. The electrode plate is installed on the circuit board. When the dust and tar deposits on the surface of the electrode reach a certain amount, the electric scraper moves to remove the electrode plate. Under the action of high temperature and scraper, sediment and tar fall into the ash hopper. The bucket valve is often opened to discharge the ash into the smoke box. The smoke and dust captured by electricity are eventually discharged into the chimney by the atmospheric machine.
Structural characteristics of electric light oil catcher:
1. Airflow distribution board
After entering the electric coking device, the tar furnace flue gas is transferred from a small cross-section to a large cross-section electric field. In order to ensure consistent airflow velocity within the electric field, a uniform airflow plate is installed at the entrance of the electric field, and a groove shaped flow blocking plate is installed at the exit of the electric field. Through this method, the uniform distribution of smoke velocity in the electric field is ensured, reducing eddy currents and improving collection efficiency.
2. Corona electrode
Made of stainless steel, it is not only corrosion-resistant but also has a long service life. Its high current can generate a large amount of charge for dust and tar particles, thereby increasing the dust removal speed of the load dust and improving the electric focusing efficiency. Use a cathode vibration device to vibrate the corona wire, keeping it clean and in optimal discharge state at all times. The number of vibrations is set according to the site conditions.
3. Cathode suspension device
Each porcelain bottle has four insulators, and the charge of the cathode system is directly hung on the insulated porcelain bottle through the cathode suspension rod. The porcelain bottle is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene plate insulation. And equipped with blowing holes and hot air to remove insulation, so that the porcelain bottle is free of coke and dust, ensuring that the insulation value is not less than 80 Ω.
Electric light oil traps can effectively reduce harmful gases in emissions and achieve purification effects. It is widely used in industrial enterprises such as chemical, coking, urban gas, building materials, metallurgy, ceramics, etc.
