Characteristics of converter dust collector in steel plant

1. The ability to clear dust is very strong. Its dust cleaning strength reaches 60-200g, which is several times or even dozens of times that of mechanical vibration bag filters. It can also achieve good dust cleaning effect on fine and sticky dust.

2. The filtration load is high, and the filtration wind speed can reach up to 1.5m/min.

3. The filter bag can reach up to 6m in length, which is 2-3 times that of traditional pulse bag filters and occupies a smaller area.

4. The spraying device is equipped with a "double thin film rapid pulse valve", which opens and closes quickly, has less resistance, and can achieve stronger dust cleaning ability with lower spraying pressure.

5. The maintenance workload is smaller.

6. Easy replacement and installation of filter bags. Due to the elastic expansion ring sewn into the bag mouth and embedded in the flower board, the filter bag does not need to be tied or fastened with bolts or other connecting parts. The bag replacement is carried out on the clean air side above the flower board, and the contact between the person and the dust bag is brief, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the operator during bag replacement.
