The blast furnace trough dust collector combines two technologies, electrostatic precipitator and wet dust collector, and achieves effective removal of dust and exhaust gas through the combined effect of electric field force and water film. The exhaust gas from the steel plant contains a large amount of dust particles. When the exhaust gas passes through the blast furnace trough dust collector, it first enters the electric field area with electrodes. Under the action of an electric field, charged dust particles will be affected by the electric field force and adsorbed onto the charged electrode, thus completing the preliminary electrostatic precipitator process. Subsequently, the exhaust gas treated by electrostatic precipitator enters the wet dust removal section, where residual small particles and gases are further captured and removed through the action of water. After contact with water, exhaust gas undergoes humidification, and particles and gases will interact with water molecules, being humidified and settling in the bottom slag collection tank.

Blast furnace ironmaking: During the process of blast furnace ironmaking, a large amount of dust is generated in areas such as the tapping yard and ore tank. The blast furnace trough dust collector can effectively collect and purify these dust particles, reducing their pollution to the environment.

1. Converter steelmaking and electric furnace steelmaking: The high-temperature dusty exhaust gas generated during these two processes can be significantly reduced in particulate matter emissions and improve environmental quality by being treated by the blast furnace slot dust collector.
