As the dust removal process continues, the amount of dust on the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the system resistance synchronously increases. Timely and thorough removal is the key to ensuring the normal operation of the dust collector. This series of dust collectors adopts the pulse compressed air dust removal method. The dust removal controller controls the pulse valve to convert the compressed air into intermittent pulse gas, which enters the Venturi tube through the blowing tube. The Venturi tube induces the surrounding air to become an instantaneous expansion explosion gas and enters the filter bag. The gas removes the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag from the inside out, and the entire process is automatic. The low-pressure long bag pulse dust collector is a new type of dust removal equipment developed on the basis of the MD series dust collector. Its filter bag is relatively long, usually 6-8 meters, and the compressed air pressure used for dust cleaning is relatively low, usually 0.2-0.3 MPa. Therefore, it is called the low-pressure long bag pulse dust collector.
