Plug valve

Insert plate valve, also known as manual knife type gate valve. Knife gate valve is a type of valve in which the gate and seat are always in close contact and sealed. Its principle is that the gate has a circular opening of the same diameter, and by opening and closing the gate, the circular opening on the gate completely disengages and matches the diameter. The advantage of this valve is that the valve body has no grooves, the medium will not get stuck or blocked, and it has full diameter flow characteristics. Its sealing structure can be divided into soft sealing and hard sealing structures. Penetrating knife gate valve has the characteristics of precision construction, good processability, and compact structure. The sealing valve seat is designed with a movable structure, which has anti wear and automatic compensation functions, resulting in a longer service life.

During the closing and opening process, the valve seat and gate plate move closely together, which stabilizes the opening and closing force of the valve and has the characteristics of cutting off the medium.

Knife gate valves have the advantages of simple and compact structure, reasonable design, lightweight and material saving, reliable sealing, easy and flexible operation, small volume, smooth channel, low flow resistance, light weight, easy installation and disassembly. They can work normally under working pressure of 1.0MPa-2.5MPa and operating temperature of -29-650 ℃. The blade gate valve has a shearing function on its gate plate, which can scrape off the adhesive on the sealing surface and automatically remove debris. The stainless steel gate plate can prevent sealing leakage caused by corrosion.

install

The installation and use of knife type gate valves: 1. Before installation, it is necessary to check the valve chamber and sealing surface, and no dirt or sand particles are allowed to adhere to them; 2. The bolts at each connection point should be tightened evenly; 3. Check that the filling part is tightly pressed to ensure both the sealing of the filling and the flexibility of the gate opening; Before installing the valve, users must verify the valve model, connection size, and pay attention to the flow direction of the medium to ensure consistency with the valve requirements; 5. When installing valves, users must reserve necessary space for valve actuation; 6. The wiring of the driving device must be carried out according to the circuit diagram; 7. Knife type gate valves must be regularly maintained and should not be bumped or squeezed at will to avoid affecting the sealing.
