Working principle of activated carbon adsorption box

After collection, the organic waste gas enters the activated carbon adsorber under the negative pressure of the fan. Activated carbon adsorption is developed based on the principle of attraction, utilizing the porous nature of activated carbon. Due to the presence of unbalanced saturated molecular or chemical bond forces on the surface of solids, when the solid surface comes into contact with gas, it can attract gas molecules, causing them to concentrate and remain on the solid surface. This phenomenon is called adsorption phenomenon. The activated carbon adsorption method used in this process utilizes the properties of the solid surface. When the exhaust gas comes into contact with the porous activated carbon on the surface, pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the solid surface of the activated carbon, thereby separating from the gas mixture and achieving the purpose of purification.
