working principle

The environmentally friendly water curtain cabinet (spray booth) mainly uses a self-priming pump to circulate and pump water evenly onto the water curtain board, and the exhaust gas (paint mist) sprayed by the spray gun is sprayed into the pool below by the water on the water curtain board. A small amount of exhaust gas (paint mist) is discharged outside the workshop through the exhaust duct by the upper fan. Ensure that there is no exhaust gas (paint mist) in the workshop and provide a good working environment for everyone.

Usage and maintenance

Before using the environmentally friendly water curtain cabinet (spray painting platform), please apply some butter on the fan blades, which is beneficial for cleaning the paint on the fan over time.

Make sure that the fan is rotating in the forward direction when starting up, so as to discharge the exhaust gas from the environmentally friendly water curtain cabinet (spray booth) outside the workshop. If it is reversed, simply swap the positions of the three live wires on the motor.
