Fiberglass wet desulfurization and dust collector is widely used in metallurgy, mining, power generation, heating and other industries as a treatment equipment for corrosive or high-temperature flue gas. It has high dust removal and desulfurization effects on power plant boilers, industrial boilers, heating boilers and industrial kilns

When the induced draft fan is started, the air in the dust remover is discharged rapidly. At the same time, the dusty gas enters the dust remover along the flue under the effect of atmospheric pressure, and is fully mixed with the washing water mist sprayed by the reflection spray device. The fine and fine dust particles in the flue gas condense and form a large polymer. Under the effect of the deflector, the air flow rushes into the washing solution of the bucket at a high speed, and the liquid level produces a large number of foam and forms a water film, so that the dusty flue gas and the washing solution have sufficient time to interact to capture the dust particles in the flue gas. Sulfur dioxide in flue gas has strong hydrophilicity and can be absorbed by alkaline solutions to achieve the effect of dust removal and desulfurization. The purified flue gas is separated from water mist by a three-stage gas-liquid separation device and discharged into the air through a chimney. Wastewater can be discharged into the boiler slag remover or into the circulating water tank, and after sedimentation and neutralization, it can be recycled. Sludge is discharged from the slag remover or cleared by other devices.

matters needing attention

1. It is strictly prohibited to impact the shell during installation and transportation to prevent the anti-corrosion layer from falling off.

2. Add 20 kilograms of quicklime per ton of water to the washing solution.

3. Hot work and welding on the dust collector casing are strictly prohibited to prevent high temperature damage to the internal anti-corrosion layer.

4. To reduce the resistance of the dust collector system, bends should be minimized as much as possible, and the curvature radius of the bend should not be less than the diameter of the bend.

5. The main factor affecting dust removal efficiency is air leakage rate, so sealing should be carried out at each connection during installation, and any air leakage should be dealt with in a timely manner.

6. It is necessary to discharge the ash water in a timely manner to prevent blockage of the ash discharge valve, and it should be discharged every 30 minutes.
