Structure and composition of gravity spray wet dust collector: also known as water dust collector or demister, it mainly removes particles by contacting dusty gas with water or other liquids.

1. Shell: As the basic framework of the entire equipment, it is used to install and fix all components of the wet dust collector, including the electric field (for wet electrostatic precipitators), dust collector, inlet pipe, outlet pipe, etc.

2. Inlet and exhaust system: Gas channel design ensures that dusty gases can smoothly enter and exit the dust collector.

3. Spray system: including nozzles, pumps, pipelines, etc., used to spray water mist into the dust collector, increase the contact area between gas and water, and improve dust removal efficiency. Water mist helps to capture and condense dust particles, causing them to settle or be washed away.

4. Dust collection/collection system: In wet electrostatic precipitators, the dust collection electrode can be a plate or tube structure made of corrosion-resistant conductive materials, used to capture charged dust particles. Non electric wet dust collectors capture dust particles through various structures such as filler, foam or cyclone effect.

5. Drainage and wastewater treatment system: Collecting and treating wastewater generated during the dust removal process usually requires certain purification treatment to meet emission standards.

6. Mist removal system: used to remove water mist and acid mist generated during wet dust removal process, in order to reduce the impact on subsequent equipment or environment.

7. High voltage system: For wet electrostatic precipitators, the high-voltage power supply and control device provide the necessary voltage to charge the dust particles and capture them in the electric field.

8. Heating system: including insulation box heating and warm air blowing heating, used to prevent insulator failure caused by moisture condensation and ensure the normal operation of equipment in low temperature or high humidity environments.

9. Insulation device: Ensure effective isolation of the electric field and avoid current leakage, commonly found in wet electrostatic precipitators.

10. Control System: An automated control system used to monitor and control the operational status of the entire wet dust collector, including flow rate, pressure, temperature, water quality, and electrical parameters.
