Stainless steel pneumatic water swirl cabinet
The stainless-steel pneumatic water cyclone cabinet is an environmentally friendly device commonly used in the painting and hardware processing industries for controlling paint mist and dust. It is primarily utilized for purifying exhaust gases generated during painting and sanding processes. By combining pneumatic flow control with a water cyclone separation mechanism, it represents an upgraded version of traditional water curtain systems and is suitable for various painting production scenarios.
The entire cabinet is constructed from stainless-steel sheets that are bent and assembled together. These sheets are resistant to moisture, acids, and alkalis. As a result, they do not corrode or leak when exposed to water-based or oil-based paint waste over time. The enclosed cabinet design prevents paint mist from escaping, thereby improving the working environment in the workshop. The equipment utilizes negative pressure ventilation and pneumatic flow control components to regulate airflow inside. Exhaust gases containing paint mist and fine dust are drawn into the swirling chamber by fans. The high-speed airflow then creates a rotating water curtain, allowing the exhaust gases to mix thoroughly with the water. Particles are captured by the water, while the purified air is discharged after separation from the water. The wastewater is collected in the bottom tank for recycling.
The equipment is equipped with pneumatic adjustment mechanisms that allow for flexible control of internal airflow based on the requirements of painting operations. It can be used in both intermittent spraying and continuous production scenarios. There are no easily clogged components inside the cabinet, and maintenance and cleaning are simplified due to access points on the sides of the tank.
