Analysis of the Internal Structure of Fog Cannon Machine

The fog cannon machine mainly consists of a motor, a high-pressure fan, a degree rotation installation, an elevation control installation, a guide tube, an atomizing nozzle, a high-pressure pump, and a water storage tank.

1. The booster installation consists of a combination of a motor and a press machine. Its function is to use the power of the motor to propel the high-pressure pump to suck in water from the storage tank and stop pressurizing before outputting it to the nozzle.

2. The installation of strong wind diversion consists of a fan and a small wind force guide tube, which is used to converge and direct the strong flow of the fan and spray it forcefully, with the aim of radiating water mist in the direction.

3. The construction and water storage unit consists of a mechanical frame and a certain volume of water storage tank, which is used to provide a radioactive water source for the fog cannon machine. The frame can also be designed with a wheeled walking device.

4. The installation of the atomizing nozzle consists of a high-pressure water pipe and multiple atomizing nozzles. The device is located at the outlet position in front of the airflow guide cylinder, and its function is to atomize the water flow from the press sufficiently, and to stop remote radiation in conjunction with strong flow.

5. The power installation is composed of a starter and a functional electrical control cabinet, which is used to provide standard power for the press fan and the electric energy (and can also stop the power grid to supply power directly according to the demand). The electrical control cabinet is used to control the spray working state of the whole set of fog monitor equipment (remote control function and unmanned operation control can also be designed to meet the needs of different places).

6. Degree rotation installation is a new type of rotary product, also known as a rotary reducer, usually composed of components such as worm gear, rotary support, housing, motor connection block, end cover, top plate, etc. Due to the use of slewing bearings in the central component, it can simultaneously receive axial force, radial force, and overturning moment. Compared with traditional rotary products, the rotary drive is made of all stainless steel material, which is resistant to oxidation and corrosion, acid and alkali, dust, sensitive to rotation, can rotate 360 °, has a gravity resistance of 3T or more, a turbine worm structure, easy to install and maintain, and saves installation space to a greater extent. The application also has the effects of anti stability and anti vibration to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment during operation. The service life is up to 8-10 years.
