Round mouth unloader is the main equipment for ash discharge in the storage, feeding, quantitative feeding, airflow conveying, and dust removal equipment systems in powder engineering. The round mouth unloader has two series: chain drive and direct connection. The inlet and outlet are divided into two types: circular flange and square flange. (4) This machine has strong overload capacity, low impact resistance inertia moment, and is suitable for frequent starting and reverse rotation.

Use and maintenance of round mouth unloader:

(1) This machine is suitable for continuous operation and allows for forward and reverse rotation.

(2) When the output shaft and input shaft are matched with other parts, direct hammering is not allowed to prevent damage.

(3) During transportation and installation, it is important to maintain stability and avoid collisions that may cause the shell to break or deform.

(4) After the machine is put into use, the transmission and bearing components should be lubricated with lithium based grease within 6-10 months. If the ambient temperature is high, humid, or there is too much dust in the air, the oil replacement time should be appropriately shortened.

(5) During use, if the equipment experiences axial air or dust leakage, tighten the screw of the material cover or replace the packing before tightening the material cover.

(6) During operation, it is recommended that users install overload protection devices to avoid equipment jamming or motor short circuits caused by excessive material length or overload, which can lead to damage to the deceleration motor.
