Square mouth unloader

Unloaders are divided into three categories: ordinary type, pressure resistant type, and high temperature resistant type. The unloader can be driven at a constant speed to continuously discharge materials at a controlled rate, or it can be driven at an indefinite speed and used as a feeder.

Ordinary type unloader: It can be used on materials below 150 degrees Celsius and at room temperature, and can continuously and uniformly feed into the conveying pipe. In the system and separation dust collection section, it can also serve as an unloader.

Unloader pressure resistant type: It adopts a closed rotor and can be widely used in suction type, pressure type airflow conveying systems and negative pressure conveying equipment. The rotating unloader can ensure that the airflow pressure inside the conveying pipe does not leak, and can transport and collect materials. Therefore, it is called a universal air lock in this regard. It not only can withstand pressure, but also has ordinary functions.

The star shaped unloader is a rotor with several blades rotating inside a cylindrical casing. The material falling from the upper hopper is filled in the spaces between the blades and discharged as the blades rotate.

Performance advantages and characteristics of star shaped unloader:

1. High processing accuracy, with air locking function, can be used as a powder quantitative feeder for crushing and grading systems, as well as an unloader for separation, dust collection and other systems, or for pressure and suction pneumatic conveying systems.

2. Equipped with a pressure balancing device, it can be used in positive and negative pressure conveying systems.

3. Multiple materials such as cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, titanium steel, etc. can be used, and the flange mouth can be in various structural forms such as square or circular to meet the different needs of users.
