Wood factory dust collector is a woodworking dust collector used for dust purification in the furniture, wooden doors, flooring and other wood products industries. The principle of filtering and cleaning dust with a dust collector in a wood factory:

1. Filtering principle: Dust containing gas enters through the air inlet and collides with the inclined baffle. Most of the coarse particles in the gas are separated by inertial force and directly fall into the ash hopper. After passing through the ash hopper, the dust containing gas enters the filtering area of the filter cartridge in the middle box. The gas passes through the filter cartridge, and the dust is trapped outside the filter cartridge. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter cartridge and is then discharged through the air outlet.

2. Principle of dust cleaning: As the filtering time continues, the dust layer on the filter cartridge continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value or the operating time reaches the set value, the dust cleaning device starts to clean the dust. First, the electromagnetic pulse valve of the blowing pipe is opened, and compressed air flows into the filter cartridge in a short time. Under the action of reverse airflow flushing, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, and the filtering state is restored. The dust cleaning of each blowing pipe is carried out in sequence, from the start of the second dust cleaning to the start of the next dust cleaning cycle.

3. The dust collected through filtration and cleaning is intercepted and then falls into the ash hopper. It is then collected through the ash hopper and discharged into the ash unloading drawer. The equipment has a small volume and can be installed indoors for filtration.

Structural characteristics of dust collectors in wood factories: Dust collectors in wood factories have a simple structure, are easy to manufacture, install, and maintain, and are mostly used to remove particles larger than 3 μ m. The dust removal mechanism is to make the dusty airflow rotate, use centrifugal force to separate and capture dust particles from the airflow, and then use gravity to make the dust particles fall into the ash hopper. The cyclone dust collector consists of a cylinder, a cone, and inlet and outlet pipes. It has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, install, and maintain.
