Woodworking dust collector

Woodworking dust collector: a specialized device composed of pipes, fans, and filters used in woodworking workshops, polishing workshops, and paint workshops to remove particles such as sawdust and paint dust generated during the processing.

The woodworking dust collector has four optional functions: offline cleaning, online cleaning, constant pressure differential cleaning, and timed cleaning. It also has pressure and temperature detection systems and manual control modes. The woodworking dust collector adopts inlet air guidance and uniform flow technology to ensure uniform and smooth discharge of dust. High quality pulse valve ensures service life and thorough dust cleaning. The filter bag is easy to install, has good sealing performance, and can be replaced without stopping the machine. PLC automatic control, and alarm control of temperature, material level and other sensing components can be added according to user requirements.

The dust cleaning effect is good, and all components of the spraying device have excellent aerodynamic characteristics. When the spraying pressure is 0.20M-0.25Mpa, it still has a good dust cleaning effect on purifying gases with high dust concentration and high humidity.

The footprint is small, with a filter bag length of 6m, and the filtration wind speed can be selected between 1.0-1.5m/min. The footprint is smaller than that of conventional pulse back blowing bag filters.

Easy to operate and maintain, the filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which can be directly embedded in the flower board, both sealed and easy to disassemble, reducing the contact between maintenance personnel and dirty bags.
